Organized by the Chinatown-based civil rights nonprofit Chinese for Affirmative Action, the week of celebrations, called “Born in the USA: Wong Kim Ark & the Fight for Citizenship,” culminated Friday in the memorial dedication at Wong’s birthplace on the 127th anniversary of the Supreme Court decision.
