What is language access and why does it matter? In 2023, CAA and the Language Access Network led efforts to advance amendments to San Francisco’s Language Access Ordinance. These changes will ensure greater transparency and accountability so that the City delivers quality services to communities that speak a language other than English. This workshop will primarily be in English.
