Last year, San Francisco secured a $10.3 million state grant to expand and bring free fiber internet to the public and affordable housing in neighborhoods including Chinatown. The project will connect 434 unserved locations, benefiting nearly 38,000 residents. Construction in Chinatown begins March 2026. Join us at this workshop to learn about expansion plans, and what you, as a resident living in the building, needs to know. For more information about CAA’s digital equity work, click here.
