華促會3月份發佈「三藩市上網服務及覆蓋調查報告」，對市內約105個地址進行調查及分析，發現華埠及市內很多低收入地區缺乏合理可負擔的上網服務及覆蓋，嚴重影響居民的生活，學習及工作。
