Jose Ng, immigrant rights program manager at the local nonprofit Chinese for Affirmative Action, said Trump is just stoking fears, as usual. “Everyone who, in his eyes, is not supposed to be here, is described as an enemy,” Ng said, adding that there are plenty of immigrants who are not “military-age males.”
